Who we are
We're a small independent team writing for Australian adults who are thinking about playing at Fair Go Casino. We are not Fair Go, we don't work for Fair Go, and Fair Go doesn't see or approve what we publish. We earn a commission when readers sign up through our links, which is explained on our affiliate disclosure page.
How we check the facts
- Primary sources only. Bonus figures, codes, limits and fees come from Fair Go's own promotions, terms, banking and FAQ pages. Other review sites are never a source, however often they repeat something.
- One register, dated. Every figure lives in a single facts register with the page it came from and the date we last read it. The pages on this site are built from that register, so the welcome bonus or the weekly cap can't say one thing on one page and something else on another. The latest check was 9 October 2026.
- Operator claims are labelled. Some things only Fair Go says about itself, such as its game count, its average pokie return and its support hours. We write those as "Fair Go says" or "by Fair Go's count".
- Gaps are reported, not filled. Fair Go names no regulator, licence number or operating company. We say so, rather than repeating licence claims we can't confirm.
- Our own arithmetic is marked. Where we work something out, such as the total bets needed to clear a bonus, we say it's our calculation and show the inputs.
What we don't do
- No star ratings, scores or rankings. A number hides the trade-offs that decide whether Fair Go suits you.
- No fake reviews, testimonials, winner feeds, jackpot tickers, countdown timers or "players online" counts.
- No claims to have played, deposited or withdrawn. We describe Fair Go's published rules, not personal sessions.
- No promises of winnings. Every game has a house edge, and losing is the normal outcome over time.
Corrections
Codes and terms change. If you spot something out of date or wrong, email hello@fairgocasinoreview.com with the page and what you found. We re-check the source, update the register if needed, and the fix flows through every page that uses that fact. We read every message but cannot help with casino accounts; questions about deposits, withdrawals or verification need to go to Fair Go's support team.
